This is the author's recollection of "Old Georgetown", and of the many stories about it. The second part recounts the lives of the author's parents and grandparents, and the move of the family from Georgetown to Globeville, just north of Denver. He ends his recollections with the way "New Georgetown" is, and his hopes for its future.
