Foothills Rewards Programs
You can help support Foothills Genealogical Society by enrolling in these rewards programs. Foothills Genealogy participates in the King Soopers Rewards program and the Safeway Community Giving Card program. The money raised by these programs helps finance our Society presentations, classes, website, rent, and more. Information about how to participate in the programs is listed below.
The King Soopers Community Rewards Program provides nonprofit organizations an easy way to generate revenue. Anyone can participate in the rewards program by signing up and using their King Soopers loyalty card.
The revenue, generated by participants in this program, helps fund our website, the FhGS Newsletter, speakers for our programs and classes, church rent, and more. We are grateful for all those whose participation makes this a successful program for our organization.
Foothills Genealogical Society has been issued Organization Number GS114 by King Soopers. Anyone who wishes to participate can now enroll in the new program by enrolling your King Soopers Loyalty Card online at their secure website: https://www.kingsoopers.com/topic/king-soopers-community-rewards.
If you do not already have a digital account with King Soopers, go to https://www.kingsoopers.com/account/create/ to create your digital account. Then, you can enroll in the program. Once enrolled, our organization will be rewarded when you use your King Soopers loyalty card regardless of how you pay.

The Safeway Community Giving Card
Foothills Genealogical Society (FhGS) has been approved to participate in the Safeway Community Giving Card Program that offers fundraising for non-profit organizations.
Everyone needs groceries, so why not let your grocery shopping benefit Foothills Genealogical Society? With a Safeway reloadable Gift Card, helping fund FhGS is as easy as going to the store to shop. The Gift Card can also be used at the pharmacy and to purchase groceries from Safeway and Albertsons stores throughout the U.S.
Safeway reloadable Gift Cards can be obtained for free members and others who wish to participate in the fundraising program.
To use your Gift Cards, simply reload the card to a maximum of $500 using a check, credit card, or cash prior to checkout. Safeway will record and track the total of all reloads and issue a check to Foothills Genealogical Society when the combined total amount of all FhGS member purchases exceeds $5,000.
